- What are JPG or PDF files?
“If you are printing at home or a local copy center {Kinkos, Fed Ex, Stapels etc.) you will need a PDF file. The file will be formatted to include two 5×7 invitations per 8.5×11 standard sized paper. If you are printing individually at a photo lab, choose JPG.”
- What type of paper do you recommend for printing?
“I LOVE Staples brand Matte Premium Photo Paper. I have tried other “name” brands and staples has the best. Not only do the colors print out beautifully, but I love the heavy weight of the paper.”
- Can you print my invitations for me?
“We sure can! We will professionally print your invitation onto a heavy cardstock and include coordinating envelopes with each order. Please note that the Palm Beach Parties logo will appear on the back of all printed orders in a grayscale color.
- What is your normal turn-around time?
“Typically it’s 3-4 business days for electronic files and 5 business days for invitation printed materials. Melamine trays and personalized items can take up to 10-14 days to process as each item is specifically created for each customer.”
- Will you send me a proof of my invitation?
“Proofs are sent for invitation designs only to assure accuracy. If you would like a proof for any item other than an invitation please contact me prior to purchasing your order”
- Can I customize the colors of a product?
”Of course! I have yet to charge a customer for a quick fix, but if you would like to change the entire color scheme of your design, there will be an extra custom color change fee of $5 per item.”
- How do I assemble the printables?
“Party Circles: Simply print and cut the rows out. Use your favorite 2inch punch and cut into your desired shape. I prefer either scalloped, round or flourish shapes. If using as toppers simple attach to a 4in lollipop stick. If using as favor tags, simply punch a small hole on the top and add a matching ribbon to tie onto the favor bags. Or use a pop adhesive to attach them to anything you can dream up.”
- How do I print the address labels or stickers?
“Simply print onto full sheet adhesive paper and cut them out using your favorite punch. I prefer scalloped shape, but round and flourish would work as well. You can find them at either your local craft store or on amazon.”
- Can I place a rush order for tomorrow’s party?
“Having two kids I certainly know how hectic things can get and how last minute things come up! There will be a $10 rush fee added to your order to have it e-mailed within 24 hours. Please contact me to talk specifics.”
- Can I have a customized text added to the party labels?
“Yes. The charge is $5 for the first sheet of four labels and $2.00 thereafter.”
- What are your business hours
“I work on mommy-time! What is that exactly…well honestly most of my work is completed after the girls are snug in their beds, at school or playing nicely in the other room. Weekdays, Weeknights, Weekends…whenever I get a free moment to work . I do however utilize Saturdays as my family day so don’t be offended if you don’t hear from me on Saturdays.”
