FAQ - Palm Beach Parties

 

  • Can I hire Palm Beach Parties to style my event

As much as I love a great party, I am not offering the service to style parties at this time.

  • What is your normal turn-around time

PRINTED ORDERS:

Printed invitations and notecards are shipped within 7-10 days of final approval of the proof.

Production time for your personalized Melamine Trays, Notepads and iPhone Cases and other personalized items are specifically created for each customer and can take up to 2-3 weeks to ship from our studio.

All order are shipped standard USPS mail. Please allow time for delivery.

PRINTABLE ITEMS:

Our personalized printable items are sent out within 3-4 business days (many times much sooner).
Our non-personalized files are sent out within 24 hours, unless they are ordered with a personalized printable file. In that case, the 3-4 business day turnaround time applies.

  •   What are JPG or PDF files for printable items

If you are printing at home or at a local copy center {Kinkos, Fed Ex, Stapels etc.)  onto cardstock you will need a PDF file.  If you are printing individually at home or at a photo lab, JPG is the best option. All files will be formatted to include two 5×7 invitations per 8.5×11 standard sized paper.

  • What type of paper do you recommend for printing my printables

I LOVE Staples brand Matte Premium Photo Paper. I have tried other “name” brands and staples has the best. Not only do the colors print out beautifully, but I love the heavy weight of the paper.

  • Can you print my invitations for me

We sure can! We will professionally print your invitation onto a heavy cardstock and include coordinating envelopes with each order. Please note that the Palm Beach Parties logo will appear on the back of all printed orders in a grayscale color.

  • Will you send me a proof of my invitation

Proofs are sent for invitation designs only to assure accuracy. If you would like a proof for any item other than an invitation please contact me prior to purchasing your order

  • What are your business hours

Typically my design hours are Mon-Fri from 8am – 1pm and occasional evening hours. With that said, don’t be surprised to hear from me in the middle of the day or on the weekend.

Payment

All payments are made through PayPal and due upon checkout.

CUSTOM ITEMS: I cannot start the design process on your item until your Reserved Listing has been purchased! This includes rush orders.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to its customized nature, Palm Beach Parties® products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless we have made an error on your design. Palm Beach Parties will provide proofs for all customized invitations only. Please review the proofs CAREFULLY before approving as there will be no refunds or exchanges for designs that were approved.

If you are unhappy with your the outcome of your order, please contact us and explain your concerns.

Additional Policies

All information obtained by Palm Beach Parties is kept confidential and will not be sold to any third party entities.

TERMS OF USE: You may use our digital files for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Mass production, file sharing and commercial use of these files are not allowed. You cannot resell our files or the finished product(s). Palm Beach Parties® retains all rights!

For Printed Stationery:
The Palm Beach Parties® logo will appear on the back of all printed invitations and stationery sets.
