We’re going to be featured…

When I moved from Cincinnati to Palm Beach in ’97, one of the first regional magazines that I read was Palm Beach Illustrated. I was instantly smitten by the style.

Palm Beach Illustrated is a celebration of the Palm Beach lifestyle, catering to one of the world’s most affluent and sophisticated audiences through its coverage of intriguing personalities, high fashion, fine dining, the trademark social scene, exquisite interiors, culture and the arts, and international travel.

When Jennifer, an editor at Palm Beach Illustrated, contacted me about featuring Palm Beach Parties in their June 2012 issue, I was instantly speechless. Little ‘ol me? A girl from the farms of Ohio featured in the prestigious magazine Palm Beach Illustrated?  I was jumping up and down with excitement!

Jennifer had read a few of my blog posts about my involvement with The Artisan Group, and Palm Beach Parties taking part in the 2012 MTV Movie Awards, GBK 2012 Primetime Emmys Gift Lounge and my celebrity gifting to Lauren Conrad. I was thrilled to talk with Jennifer and tell her the story of Palm Beach Parties, how it started and where we are going. Until this point I had only released one of my MTV designs to the public…Jennifer now holds all 5 designs to be published in their June issue.

So until June, when the magazine is on shelves, I will be anxiously awaiting to see it in “real print” and have my hubby pinch me to make sure that this isn’t a dream!
